Formation to Finished Pavement

Roads and highways connect communities and enable regional economic growth — but only when they're built to hold up under real traffic loads and weather. We execute the full formation-to-pavement sequence with precise control over levels, materials and compaction at every layer.

From embankment and sub-grade preparation through granular sub-base, base course and bituminous or rigid pavement, each layer is tested and approved before the next begins — supported by culverts and cross-drainage designed for the local hydrology.

• Embankment — Sub-grade preparation and embankment construction to design levels and compaction standards.
• GSB / WMM — Granular sub-base and wet mix macadam layers, laid and compacted to specification.
• DBM / BC — Dense bituminous macadam and bituminous concrete pavement courses.
• Rigid Pavement — Cement concrete pavement for high-load and high-durability applications.
• Culverts & Cross-Drainage — Drainage structures designed and built to manage local water flow.
